Earn a salary and study towards your BSc in Engineering Management whilst working for an established family business in South Wales, with a global customer and supply base.
You will be employed in our Production Department and support the Operations Team with day to day activities, and have a core focus on Health, Safety and the Environment. You will be supported day release, one day a week, for 4 years to attend UWTSD in SA1 and work towards your degree, which will be fully funded, worth £27,000. Upon successful graduation BWE hopes to invite you to apply for a full-time position in the company.
Applicants must already have good GCSEs, with a minimum of 2 A-levels (Maths/Science), or BTEC diploma in Engineering (or equivalent qualification and experience).
Hours of work: Full-time equivalent hours, Monday to Thursday 8.00-5.00pm,
Friday 8-1pm
Holidays: 25 days holiday per year + bank holidays. During academic holidays you will be based on site.
