Human Resources Manager, Full-time, SE Wales

This exciting role is a key function of our business that will reinforce our family values and oversee the administrative, compliance and HR functions and support all issues related to employees as we seek to grow to a £100M global business with Welsh roots.

Blackwood Engineering Ltd are seeking an experienced, driven and empathetic HR professional to join our close working team this summer and help underpin our values as a family-owned business as we strive to drive the business forward and grow with our people.

Our HR manager will need to be qualified to a minimum of CIPD level 5 and have a clear understanding of managing multi-location teams within a manufacturing and office environment. This valuable team member will need up to date experience of dealing with employment law matters and knowledge, understanding of employee contracts and be experienced of handling grievances and disciplinaries.

As the HR Manager responsible for multiple sites, you will work closely with managers, supervisors and directors to support Blackwood Engineering in achieving its business objectives and ensuring we live our values and engage our workforce.
